M is for Mushrooms

Mushroom and Onion Crepe with a Poached Egg and Fresh Parsley

Mushroom Melange: Shiitake and Cremini Mushrooms, Farm Fresh Eggs with warm Avocado and Carmelized Onions, served on lightly toasted Sour Dough Bread with a spread of hummus.


Twice Baked Portabella Whoopie: Filled with Parmesan mashed potatoes. Served along side a New York strip slathered with mushrooms and vidalia onions with a dollop of fresh sour cream and chives. 


Wild Mushroom Tartlet served on a Puffy, Flakey biscuit


The Tri-Fungal Effect: Grilled Porterhouse Steak with a Porcini Mushroom herb rub. Sides include Portabello Mushroom Cap stuffed with Mushroom Orzo Pilaf. Home-grown, grilled baby carrots, and spring onions.
