O is for Olives

Olive and Seafood Punttanesca- includes kalamata, nicoise, and picholine olives, succulent scallops, shrimp, anchovies, and spiced up calamari. Lots of garlic, tomatoes, capers, and smashed up olives. Served on a bed of jumbo rotini.


Greek Salmon Souvlaki Gyros with Tzatziki


Absolutely amazing Olive Bread- black and green olives, Monterey Jack cheese

Tuna Caponata with two olive appeteasers. Olive Mufaletta and Grilled Baby Peppers stuffed with olive tapenade and goat cheese.
To drink: Original, authentic Wisconsin Bloody Mary


Watermelon, feta, and olive salad

Olive Oil Ice Cream served with Cape Cod ruffle chocolate soaked chip and olive dipped in homemade dark chocolate sauce.
To drink: Espresso

An olive medley served with pine nut hummus and salt and pepper pita chips. Fresh sausage and cheese stuffed green olives fried in Panko.


Fabulous Foccacia: homemade dough topped with an olive medley, freshley grated Parmesan cheese drizzled in olive oil and speckled with garlic pepper
